Every morning in the summer where I live there are the local fishermen who set out a couple of polls and wait for the fish to bite. Maybe they will have luck, maybe not. That’s not the point. They are in touch with the bigness of the sea and what they see while they are waiting for their sea to give them something or nothing – because even in the nothing, there is something.
